Engineering Manager Cloud Platform

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and a genuine passion for people leadership. This role is about building, scaling, and operating critical cloud services while leading high-performing engineering teams in an international, fast-moving environment.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, helping individuals grow and perform at their best.
• Own the technical quality of the product, contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
