THE ROLE
- Lead the local application support team, ensuring seamless resolution of business-critical issues.
- Manage a Senior Operations Engineer responsible for BAU uplift, incident resolution, and support escalation.
- Establish and lead an offshore BAU engineering team to scale team capacity and ensure the resolution of ongoing issues
- Own incident management, triage, and rapid technical issue resolution to keep business operations running smoothly.
- Partner closely with business units to understand their needs and translate technical constraints into clear business language.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritise and deliver the BAU backlog.
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce long-term support burden and increase system stability.
- Proactively monitor system health to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact users.
