Engineering Manager, Data, AI and Platform Development & Support

Please note this role is subject to Hybrid Work model, working 2 days/week in the office at 4100 Gordon Baker Road or 250 Yonge Street. You must be a Technology Leader with people management experience. This role is not Virtual or Remote.

What Will You Do

• Manage a team of 20+ FTE and global resources
• Lead in the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of data and AI products
• Partner with business stakeholders in translating business requirements (functional and non-functional) into data and AI products
• Builds the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
• Provide direction on technical designs and ensure alignment with standards and roadmaps
• Provide technical direction and guidance to junior and intermediate developers
