As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling a stream-aligned team focused on delivering a successful migration of datasets to a newly architected and designed pipeline. You will work closely with the Lead Software Development Engineer to ensure the team is empowered, autonomous, and aligned with business outcomes. Your leadership will be both strategic and hands-on, contributing directly to the codebase using Java and React.js, while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
You will be expected to understand and apply microservices architecture principles, and use your experience to guide the team through delivery challenges, architectural decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.
