Engineering Manager, DFM & Production Transfers Lead

A leading technology firm is seeking an Engineering Manager in Mexicali to lead a team of R&D engineers. The successful candidate will manage production line transfers and drive design for manufacturability in a high-volume environment. The position requires over 10 years of experience in connector and cable assembly engineering and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's is preferred.
