Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the monthly and annual board pack
• Provide senior technical assistance and advice on Engineering and Operations
• Work in collaboration with Engineering, Field Operations and Subsurface /Reservoir teams to optimize field production performance.
• Support and prepare Field Development Planning.
• Provide technical leadership / guidance to Engineering and Operations teams.
• As required, provide technical expertise and support in meetings with authorities / government entities.
• Identify and propose opportunities for production improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify and troubleshoot production and operational threats and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and ensure the quality and progress of work performed by engineering contractors, licensors / vendors, and consultants.
