Position SummaryThe Engineering Manager leads and develops manufacturing and project engineers to improve how work gets done across Victaulic operations. This role drives safer, more efficient, and more scalable fabrication and assembly processes by partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams. The Engineering Manager owns engineering standards, capital projects, and continuous improvement efforts—turning complex manufacturing challenges into practical, repeatable solutions that support production, growth, and long-term reliability.Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and develop project and manufacturing engineers across multiple facilities.

Establish consistent engineering expectations, performance standards, and development plans.
