Position Summary

The Engineering Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the engineering department while driving the modernization, standardization, and automation of engineering processes to support scalable growth, operational excellence, and cross‑functional alignment. This role owns the effectiveness of engineering workflows, tools, systems, and deliverables in a manufacturing, engineered‑to‑order environment.
