We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of expertise in Node.js and React.js to lead our eCommerce development team. T

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure eCommerce solutions using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend) .
• Define and enforce best coding practices, architecture patterns, and software development methodologies .
• Oversee backend (APIs, databases, caching) and frontend (React, Redux, UI frameworks) development to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Optimize system performance, security, and reliability for high-traffic eCommerce applications.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps best practices .
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive agile development processes , including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Recruit, train, and retain top engineering talent to build a world-class development team.

eCommerce-Specific Development

• Architect and develop core eCommerce features, including product catalog, shopping cart, order management, user authentication, and payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.) .
• Implement and optimize microservices architecture, API gateways, and serverless solutions where necessary.
• Ensure SEO-friendly , high-performance web applications with modern frontend technologies.
• Maintain compliance with data security, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and industry regulations .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in Node.js and React.js .
• Strong experience in architecting scalable web applications and microservices .
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Express.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs .
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) .
• Strong database skills (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Firebase ).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) .
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, code reviews, and mentoring developers .
• Proficiency in Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG in eCommerce.
• Knowledge of headless eCommerce platforms (Shopify API, BigCommerce API, etc.) .
• Understanding of machine learning applications in eCommerce (recommendation engines, search optimization, etc.) .
• Prior experience in building multi-tenant SaaS eCommerce solutions .
