About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our newly created Gaming experience team within the Gaming domain. The team will be a full‑stack team responsible for developing new features and experiences for our players in the Casino vertical.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Domain Architect and other Engineering Managers to drive major architectural changes and implement new features in our Casino vertical.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 people with frontend and backend engineers, ensuring timely deliveries and alignment with company goals and OKRs.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of the Gaming domain in our Player Account Management system, focusing on integrations, product development and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, transparency and trust within the team, fostering an environment conducive to high performance and growth.
Essential Skills
  • Solid engineering background, spending at least 5+ years working as a Software Engineer (preferably as a Full‑stack or Frontend developer).
  • Strong people‑management and leadership skills with at least 2+ years managing a full‑stack or frontend team.
  • Experience in leading and developing people and teams through goals, inspiration, transparency and trust.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring agile software development teams.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others in a high‑pace, high‑velocity and changing environment.
  • Solid understanding of scalable, highly concurrent and fault‑tolerant systems.
  • A passionate leader with experience running workshops, facilitating retrospectives and expertise with supporting tools such as JIRA.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with our current tech stack including Java/Kotlin and JavaScript.
