About the Role
Role Summary Title: Engineering Manager Exp: 15+ yrs Education: B. tech+ MBA Location: Gurgaon Work from office. We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong delivery mindset who can own end-to-end execution, ensure predictable releases, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, QA, Dev Ops, hardware, IOT core services teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels in program execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership (Primary Focus)
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex product releases.
- Create and manage delivery plans, sprint schedules, and milestones.
- Track dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; drive timely resolution.
- Ensure commitments made to business are met with high predictability.
Agile & Process Management
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Monitor sprint velocity, capacity planning, and delivery metrics.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and execution frameworks.
Stakeholder & Program Management
- Act as the single point of contact for delivery updates.
- Communicate timelines, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and partners.
- Align engineering output with product and business priorities.
- Work closely with Io T core services or hardware OEMs team’s to align architecture and services.
Technical Governance (Light Hands-On)
- Review high-level designs and architecture.
- Ensure quality, security, and scalability standards are followed.
- Guide teams on technical decisions without deep coding involvement.
Qualifications
Education: B. tech+ MBA
Required Skills
- Strong program & delivery management experience
- Agile / Scrum mastery
- Risk & dependency management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling
- Engineering background (Java /. NET / Full Stack)
