Job Description:

  • Strong background in Core Banking and Card Payments with hands-on experience in Switch Migration and Implementation, including Base24 EPS.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in development and end-to-end solution delivery — from requirement analysis to project implementation majorly in Core Banking and card payment
  • Expert exposure of Base24 EPS
  • Proficient in working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Sound understanding of Base24 UPF.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-based hosting and deployment environments.
  • Demonstrated experience of working ATM or POS terminals development and maintenance from a switch perspective (either on EPS or other switch)
  • Should be across AS2805 or ISO8583 messaging standards. Other standards would be beneficial
  • Should have Paysim or Asset testing tool experience and debug capabilities.
  • If they have the above then they will be able to articulate Schemes compliance experience
  • Proven experience in managing Engineering teams
