Engineering Manager ( Healthcare exp)

Purpose Statement

As the site management representative for engineering, this position directs, reviews, communicates and drives improvements to processes and procedures and coordinate activities of the Engineering Department in supporting the manufacturing, testing and process controls of products built as well as facilities within the site .

Key Job Accountabilities

• Develop and drive major improvement programs in the areas of quality, output, yield, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate implementation of Engineering metrics and standardization per SOP, WIs, and SFTs.
• Manage the site capability roadmap.
• Technology Capabilites (Clean Energy, Industry 4.0, Automation)
• Failure Analysis Capabilities/ DF(x)/Problem Solving
• Capacity Models (SMT, PTH, HLA, Facilities)
