Responsibilities

• Responsible for CADCAM design, NPI, artwork making, screen making, process design for all prototypes and mass‑pro models.
• To ensure APQP, PPAP, FMEA are carried out for all automotive models.
• To evaluate overall production technical capabilities of producing new models.
• Demonstrate high efficiency in analyzing new models, technical drawings, and process requirements to generate competitive and accurate quotations.
• To set up the production technique and process specification during pre‑production stage.
• Handling of UL safety standard requirement.
• Ensuring effective operation of Engineering Organization.
• To make manpower arrangement within department.
• To approve leave form and shift change application form for subordinates.
• To propose increment % for subordinates except for assistant engineers and above.
• To approve overtime form for subordinate.
