Engineering Manager - Instrumentation

Overview

You will be responsible for the overall workflow, financial health and operational performance of Instrumentation Development Services for the BAE Submarines enterprise and be part of the Specialist Engineering and Technical Group.

You will be responsible for the management of business relationships with all business stakeholders and vendors and for the overall delivery of all Instrumentation Development Services to the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of instrumentation projects to meet customer and contractual obligations for cost, quality, timeliness and specification, and resolve engineering conflicts between disciplines, systems and capabilities.
• Oversee the delivery of work/services packages, involving new products and/or complex upgrades, utilising new and existing technologies and requiring multiple interfaces with customers and suppliers.
