What You’ll Do

• Build a team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
• Work with Product Management to define the roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with Architects and team leads to design the product architecture.
• Manage software engineers, fostering career growth and solid team practices.
• Participate in development and testing across teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years as a tech lead or similar management role with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent coaching, team building, and collaboration abilities.
• Business‑oriented mindset with ability to track and communicate metrics.
• 2+ years leading a product engineering team in a product company.
• Strong technical background, particularly with .NET.
• Public cloud experience.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Knowledge of Angular and AWS (plus).
• Advanced English proficiency.
