Engineering Manager (Java +React) (Ecommerce)

Hiring Engineering Engineer with a leading Service based firm for their Ecommerce client.

Bengaluru (WFO – 4 Days/Week)

Experience: 10–17 Years

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience (platform engineering preferred)

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing teams of 10–20 engineers

• Solid knowledge of Kafka, HBase, or comparable technologies

• Strong programming skills in Java and Python

• Front-end experience with React or Angular

• Background in developing large-scale, distributed systems

• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
