Engineering Manager - Java/Spring

HeroDevs is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a fully remote team of experienced software engineers within our Never-Ending Support (NES) organization, responsible for delivering long-term support and innovation across the Java and Spring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day delivery by managing prioritization, execution, and progress of engineering work aligned to team goals.

Act as a technical leader in software security, with a focus on the Java and Spring ecosystem.

Adjust priorities and plans in response to customer needs, operational realities, and business feedback.

Coach, mentor, and develop engineers to improve technical skills, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.

Collaborate effectively with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to share and receive roadmap direction.
