Engineering Manager ASEAN – Integrated Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Set the facility management team at respective sites across ASEAN countries on the right track through engineering planning and management.
• Drive functionality and stability by identifying improvements to the system and ensuring clarity on responsibilities and expectations.
• Ensure team members can efficiently respond to engineering challenges while complying with policies and procedures.
• Lead risk mitigation planning in alignment with client procedures and policies; maintain organized engineering reports and monitor critical environment equipment across sites to ensure smooth operations.
• Track review reports to support improvement plans across ASEAN sites.
• Elevate facilities operations through quality maintenance of equipment in collaboration with facilities managers/site leads to maintain reliability.
