Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, process, etc.)
  • Plan and manage engineering projects: scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation
  • Oversee design review, technical compliance, quality control, safety standards
  • Coordinate with other departments (manufacturing, procurement, R&D)
  • Continuously improve processes, drive cost reductions and efficiency initiatives
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff; lead hiring and capacity planning
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
  • 8–10+ years of engineering experience, with proven management experience
  • Strong technical background relevant to your industry
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
