Engineering Manager (Mech)

Manage a cross-functional team of mechanical engineers focused on product design, structural integrity, and fluid-thermal system analysis.

Oversee mechanical design activities, ensuring robust 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and adherence to GD&T, industry standards, and customer requirements.

Drive FEA simulations including static, dynamic, thermal, and nonlinear analyses to validate equipment performance and optimize material usage.

Supervise CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and aerodynamic behavior, ensuring optimal system performance in various operating conditions.

Ensure integration of design and simulation workflows, guiding the team in using tools like ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA, or similar platforms.

Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring high technical quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution aligned with project milestones.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement to ensure design feasibility and product realization.

Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting best practices in mechanical design, simulation methodologies, and engineering documentation.

Lead design reviews and technical audits, presenting analytical results, design justifications, and risk assessments to stakeholders and clients.

Stay updated with latest developments in mechanical simulation, emerging materials, and design optimization techniques, integrating innovations into the engineering process.
