The Engineering Manager has full technical and managerial responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and 
coordinating engineering department assignments. This role also is responsible for new product introduction, cost reduction 
initiatives and maintenance activities on production parts. 


Essential Functions:

  • Support engineering department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production 
    techniques, and develop test procedures.
  • Provide a strong technical presence & interface with our customers.
  • Confers with the engineering team, operations, and sales to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and 
    customer demand for new and existing products.
  • Selects, trains, organizes and supervises subordinates to guarantee their effectiveness, and personal growth.
