Customer/Product Support Manage the RFQ process including managing the customer quote system, leading the quote review board which meets daily Provide technical and business assessment of customer requirements (including RFQ’s) to determine feasibility supply, including developing samples, prototypes, and commercial production capability Leading or participating in problem solving and improvement projects in support of quality investigations NPI Manage the execution of a portfolio of NPI projects, with defined prioritization and communication to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate team resources appropriately to support the projects.
