Engineering Manager

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and drive large-scale software and data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical understanding with excellent leadership, communication, and program execution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage software development and/or big data initiatives end-to-end

Apply a strong understanding of data concepts to guide technical and business decisions

Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to align priorities and build consensus

Oversee delivery using established software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Strategically manage large-scale programs, balancing scope, timelines, and resources

Create clear, impactful reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Identify risks and challenges early, and drive effective, scalable solutions

Requirements

7+ years of experience in the software development industry and/or big data

Excellent understanding of data concepts and modern software development practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

Proven problem-solving, organizational, reporting, and communication skills

Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills

Experience managing complex programs and working with SDLC methodologies
