Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage the engineering team for the Mexico factory.
2. Organize RFQ responses for customers and communicate with the North American teams.
3. Responsible for NPI implementation.
4. Responsible for on-site production technical support and maintenance.
5. Carry out Lean production activities.
Qualifications:
1. Over 10 years of automotive electronics factory related experience.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
3. Undergraduate degree or higher education.
4. Familiarity with NPI, equipment management, and logistics management is required.
5. Familiar with SMT, assembly, and testing processes for automotive electronics.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
