KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineering & Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineers/architects, technicians, and maintenance staff
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documents
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements
Project & Technical Oversight
- Oversee engineering design, documentation, and technical compliance
- Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical submissions
- Ensure engineering solutions meet project, safety, and regulatory requirements
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the link between engineering, operations, maintenance, and management
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
