ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Engineering Manager for Omnichannel Experiences, you will lead one of VTEX's most strategic initiatives, shaping how B2B and omnichannel commerce experiences are built, scaled, and evolved across digital and physical channels.

This role sits at the intersection of B2B Sales Experience, supporting critical use cases such as order entry, quotations, and complex B2B buying journeys. You will guide a growing engineering team through a phase of high impact and transformation, as VTEX designs and prepares the foundation for a new generation of AI-driven, agentic commerce experiences planned to start development in 2026.

With high visibility across the organization, you will work on cross-organizational initiatives, closely with senior stakeholders and leadership, helping define technical direction, ensuring system resilience, and fostering the growth of a team with strong potential.
