Engineering Manager

Our client is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their development efforts and balance strategic leadership with technical oversight, ensuring that their team of 20 developers operates at peak efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who spends 70% of their time on team, development, testing, and release management, and 30% on code development and technical troubleshooting.
