Engineering Manager, Product Growth and Experimentation

About the Role

The Experimentation and Data Capture Engineering Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the engineering team and drive technical delivery for Experimentation and Product Growth capabilities intended for all of our customer‑facing UI properties, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data‑driven strategies and technical implementations
• Lead the team that works with a cross‑functional group of engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product managers to design, implement, and optimize growth initiatives that scale our customer tools and maximize their impact
• Execute as a ‘player‑coach’, spending at least 20% of your time delivering alongside the team
• Collaborate with product, design and stakeholder teams to establish outcome measurements, roadmaps and key deliverables
