Engineering Manager (Backend) - Public API & Integrations
Berlin - Permanent Employee, Full-Time, Hybrid working (2 days a week on site)
€90,000 - €140,000 + Holiday + Pension + Flexible Working Hours

In this role, you will be working in the company's Backend Department, leading the Public API & Integrations team. You will grow and drive your team's performance through both management and hands-on-work.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience with deep technical breadth on API Design and building distributed systems. You will have had hands-on experience with Python, GCP and CI/CD pipelines.

The Role:

  • Hybrid working (2 days a week on site)
  • Define the quarterly and long-term strategy and ensure on-time delivery
  • Recruit and mentor a team
  • Own service level agreements for B2B APIs and backing systems


    • The Person:

  • 7+ years' experience in software engineering, with 3+ years of technical leadership
  • Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code review processes and agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with data management, building API's and GCP
