Engineering Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Engineering Lead with a proven growth journey from developer to leader in fast-paced product or SaaS companies .

This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, people leadership, and execution ownership , working closely with business and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery across projects
• Work closely with business teams to deliver complete solutions
• Provide technical leadership in design, development, and system integration
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams
• Manage change, priorities, and cross-team dependencies effectively
• Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, and execution timelines
• Improve engineering productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong engineering talent

Desired Profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field from a renowned institute
• 6–10+ years of experience with clear growth from developer to lead/manager
• Strong technical background with hands-on system design experience
• Proven people management experience, managing 10+ engineers
• Experience driving engineering efforts cross-functionally
• Subject Matter Expert in one or more product domains
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Healthcare or Insurance domain experience is a plus, not mandatory
