Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :

• Hire, build and lead distributed teams.
• Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader product and customer goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and enable them by providing scalable and quality product and solutions.
• Lead a product vertical and drive product development and deliveries across teams.
• Work with Business analysts and product managers to explore and establish product requirements and create product roadmaps across modules with teams.
• Work closely with project managers in driving customer-focused product delivery goals. Oversees project coordination and team allocations.
• Drive architecture and system design practices, reviews, and validations with architects.
• Lead product technical production support on issues and incidents and manage and incident response practices.
