Remote UK. Salary up to £90,000.

Your role

As an Engineering Manager you will head up a small, cross‑functional team and be responsible for the delivery and technical quality of all features and applications in that area as well as the teams' personal development. You'll guide the definition of the technical roadmap, ensuring that the system complies with software engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability and security; supporting the team to ensure they can deliver on time, managing resources and removing blockers, and providing training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement.

Location / WFH
