Engineering Manager QATAR

Key Responsibilities

• Own engineering execution plan (EEP), discipline deliverables list, and maturity index (Model/Deliverable progress).
• Lead design reviews: HAZID/HAZOP, 3D model reviews, ALARP demonstrations, and constructability/operability assessments.
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC, NFPA) and company/client specifications.
• Manage interfaces: process, mechanical, piping, civil/structural, E&I, telecom, and vendors/licensors.
• Plan and control engineering resources; ensure timely IFC release and support procurement (MRs, TBE, vendor data).
• Own technical queries (TQs), deviations/concessions, and management of change (MOC).
