Engineering Manager

Overview

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Engineering Manager for the LIPE Queretaro plant. You will lead a team of 10 direct reports and 22 indirect reports to coordinate and execute product line support for Eaton’s rapidly growing LIPE Product Line. The role requires a combination of technical, communication, and collaboration skills. You will organize engineering team activities in alignment with the product line and plant goals; represent the engineering team in plant-level decisions; communicate with leaders at all levels of the organization on high-profile product line support and NPD activities; and collaborate with a distributed, cross-functional team to identify constraints, align expectations, and drive business success.
