About the Team
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Search Experience engineering team. This team is responsible for building the end-to-end consumer Search experience, including Search result surfaces, interaction patterns, and Search-driven product innovations.
The Search Experience team is part of DoorDash’s Core Consumer / Search organization, which owns the very top of the consumer funnel from the initial landing page through checkout across iOS, Android, and Web. As Search becomes the primary entry point to DoorDash across restaurants, grocery, and emerging verticals, delivering an intuitive, fast, and delightful Search experience is more critical than ever.
