Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager leads the factory’s maintenance and engineering functions, driving plant performance through strategic planning, team leadership, and innovation. This role ensures high reliability of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, while overseeing boiler operations and compliance with statutory regulations. Working cross-functionally, the Engineering Manager champions continuous improvement, cost control, and sustainability initiatives to support long-term operational excellence and capital development.
