Engineering Manager - Software Logistics DevEx

About The OpportunityEngineering Manager to join the Developer Experience (DevEx) segment. In DevEx, our mission is to enable product engineers to move fast and safely . This role sits at the core of how software is built, tested, released, and operated at N26, with a strong focus on CI/CD, developer productivity, and delivery reliability .

You will lead a team responsible for evolving the internal software delivery platform , reducing friction in engineering workflows, and ensuring that CI/CD capabilities scale with the growth and complexity of the organization.

What you'll do

Lead and grow a DevEx engineering team focused on CI/CD, build & release pipelines, and delivery tooling

Coach, develop, and support engineers, fostering strong ownership and high engineering standards

Drive improvements to the end-to-end developer journey, from code commit to production
