About The Job
As Web Engineering Manager at , we will look to you to build and develop a great team of experts, enabling them to perform to the best of their abilities on projects with our clients. You will have a group of direct reports which you support in all matters of people and business. While in some cases we pick up projects end-to-end, more frequently we contribute to products while embedded in our clients' teams, to partner on core, strategic and high-stakes initiatives. Staff augmentation is our most common mode of engagement.
