Engineering Manager

At Instabee, the Network area is a key part of making our delivery experience faster, smarter, and more reliable. We're now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead two of our teams: Box Experience and Capacity & Conversion. These teams have central missions that contribute to shaping the future of our network. As Engineering Manager for these teams you will have a broad and hands-on leadership role. You’ll be part of a team of Engineering Managers, working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on building strong teams, developing people, and helping the teams deliver on ambitious goals. If you enjoy switching between people leadership, product thinking and execution, this role will give you plenty of opportunities to grow and make a real impact.
