Engineering Manager

The opportunity

As Engineering Manager, your role is to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will lead the engineering team within Hitachi Energy’s service division, supporting the engineering of lifecycle services—such as replacement, extensions, upgrades, and commissioning—to electrical infrastructure across the power grid. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational excellence while driving innovation and efficiency in service delivery.
