What role will you play?

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of your team’s products and platforms. You will be responsible for technology ownership, hiring, retention, and the growth and development of your engineering team to meet business needs and fit within the overall system architecture. You will mentor engineers, address technical challenges, and provide leadership on complex issues, leading a team of 20-40 Software Engineers across 2-4 scrum teams.
