Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager on the Hagerty Marketplace team, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the customer facing systems that power our classifieds experience for buying and selling classic and collector vehicles. You will be accountable for both the delivery and reliability of these systems, operating across the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure using modern technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.

In this role, you will partner closely with product management and product design to shape and deliver solutions with an emphasis on usability, performance, accessibility, and operational excellence. Through hands-on leadership and coaching you will guide architectural decisions, establish engineering standards that promote code quality, ensure strong automated testing and drive production readiness.
