Champion observability, monitoring, and performance engineering to ensure platform reliability and transparency.
Drive innovation through the application of Generative AI technologies to enhance developer productivity, automation, and customer experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality software solutions.
Balance hands-on technical contribution with strategic planning and team guidance.
Lead, mentor, and inspire engineers — guiding their professional and technical growth.
Build and scale distributed, high-performing teams with a focus on autonomy, accountability, and excellence.
Partner closely with US-based stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to align on priorities and delivery outcomes.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment of technical execution with business objectives.
Communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Champion modern software delivery practices — CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and quality-first approaches.
Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Azure Monitor, New Relic, Pagerduty etc.).
Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Microsoft Cloud.
Hands-on experience in front-end technologies — especially React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
Back-end development experience in .NET/JAVA, or an equivalent enterprise technology stack.
Exposure to Generative AI / AI-based productivity platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, etc.).
Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore (nice to have).
Solid understanding of modern software development pipelines, automation, and release management.
7-9 years of total software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management or senior technical leadership role.
Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier engineering talent globally.
Proven ability to work across multiple time zones, particularly with US-based business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
