Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager , you’ll lead and develop high‑performing engineering teams while driving predictable, high‑quality delivery. You’ll combine strong leadership with Agile expertise to support team growth, optimize workflows, and remove impediments. Acting as a servant leader and technical enabler, you’ll foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement while aligning engineering execution with strategic business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership & Coaching: Develop and mentor engineers, support career growth, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Agile Delivery: Lead and support Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and improve predictability, flow, and delivery quality.
