Engineering Manufacturing Administration

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Soy Sauce)

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain production and batch records for brewing, fermentation, and bottling.

  • Assist in daily and weekly production scheduling and reporting.

  • Perform data entry and prepare basic production and efficiency reports.

  • Support inventory tracking for raw materials and packaging.

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment records.

  • Assist Production, Engineering, and QA teams with documentation and compliance.

  • Support 5S, safety, and GMP-related activities on the production floor.
