The successful candidate will join the Material Management Department in SIA Engineering Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Daily Material Management Department (MMD) ops meeting with various MMD sections such as purchasing, repair, etc

  • Identify critical spares that will result in work stoppage/AOG and to work with relevant sections in MMD to support the spare requirement from Base Maintenance

  • Supporting Hangar check input and progress meetings

  • Track and review all spares requirements from all sources (eg: Modification Action Form (MAF), Engineering Notes (EN), Airworthiness Directive Special Inspection (ADSI/SI), Carry Forwards (CFWD), Preload Bill of

  • Material (BOMs), Pre-Service Mod (PSM), Hard/Soft-life, etc), reviewing past trends and future demands, to ensure timely availability of spares

  • To inform purchasing team to cancel Purchasing Orders (PO) for ...
