The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PRC Civil Engineer license preferred, along with at least 7 years of experience in construction execution, including 3 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include managing engineers and ensuring compliance with QA/QC and safety standards while overseeing multi-site construction projects. An attractive compensation package is offered.
