Key Responsibilities

  • Engineering Leadership & SDLC Ownership Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring modern, AI-enabled engineering practices, efficient workflows, and higher quality delivery across Technology.

  • Standards, Quality & Governance Define and govern standards for architecture, code quality, documentation, testing, security, compliance (GDPR, IP, licensing), and definition of done, embedding these consistently across teams and CI/CD pipelines.
