Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducttime and motion studiesacross a manufacturing process to document cycle times, changeovers, downtime, and variability. 

  • Analyze production flow toidentifyand quantify process constraintsimpactingoverall throughput. 

  • Supportbottleneck analysisusing collected data to understand root causes and improvement opportunities. 

  • Develop aprioritized set of improvement recommendations, which may include process changes, equipment enhancements, layout adjustments, or automation concepts. 

  • Assistwithcost-benefit and ROI analysisto evaluate the potential impact of proposed improvements. 

  • Compile findings intoclear, data-driven documentationto support leadership review and decision-making. 

  • Prepare and presentproject summaries and recommendationsto Engineering, Operations, and internship stakeholders.
